Help with installing storage driver on PowerEdge T110 II

Hey there, So it been around two months of trying to get the software to work from my server ever since buying it off used from a restaurant. I have attempted to install Windows Server 2016 and was able to boot the media onto the server, but now I am stuck of this driver section and I am having trouble finding the correct drivers. Another issue is that the virtual disk management doesn't seem to recognise any HDD disks I have installed (4 Disks 300GB each). Any links comments and suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
