E1211 RAID Controller Battery Failure & E1000 Failsafe Voltage Error (Power Edge R410)

I have attempted to shut down the server and waited for approximately 10 seconds before powering it back on. However, the server only powers on briefly and then shuts down again, displaying the following error messages:

1. E1211 RAID Controller Battery Failure – Check Battery
2. E1000 Failsafe Voltage Error – Contact Support

In regard to this issue, I kindly request assistance and guidance on possible solutions to resolve the problem. Thank you.
