DELL Power Edge R440 Hard Drive is not detected
We are using DELL Power Edge R440 and due to some power outage. Booting gets failed with an error statement " No hard Driver detected or Operating system is detected " . Can you please suggest us some work around ?

try going into F2 (as shown in your image), then boot settings. if its set to bios mode, try changing it to UEFI.
