Dell PE 2900 RAID 5 problem

Question

On a Dell PE 2900, 1 disk has failed and another seems unstable in a RAID 5 containing 5 disks.After restarting, the server no longer starts at all, because the disks are no longer detected.How to diagnose RAID please?THANKS

Would you confirm some details for me, as I need to know what specifically is happening to be able to accurately be able to help with the issue.

1.What controller do you have installed?

2.If you access the controller BIOS, what is the status showing for the Virtual Disk, as well as for all the Physical Disks?

3.Are any of the Physical Disks flagged as a Predicted Failure?
