Compatibel larg disk drives for T400 with Perc H330

Question

hi, we have a 2020 T440 server with Perc h330 controller.

the server currently has RAID 5, 5x 480GB SSD SATA drives (~2TB), and running out of space.

we'd like to expand it to 20TB or largest possible by replacing all drives.

i am unable to find posts providing specific compatible drives, and would like to avoid "trial & error" on a production server.

does anyone has knowledge of any large drives (4TB and above) SSD or HDD that could work for the server?

if not possible, alternatively, any suggestions for a new set of Perc controller/drive that won't cost an arm.

any help would be greatly appreciated.

You cannot expand a RAID‑5 by replacing drives one by one on H330

PERC H330 does not support RAID capacity expansion by disk replacement.
