BOSS-S1 Unavailable
Hello,
What does "unavailable" mean on the DELLBOSS card? The card works fine, disks too. Files, partitions are visible, but I can't boot Windows using the BOSS card. Has anyone encountered a similar situation?

Hello,
Can you let us know what is the server model you are working with?
Was this working and now it does not?
Was anything done on the server around the time the issue started?
Have you checked the Boot order in the system BIOS?
Also check the Boot Mode: UEFI or BIOS and make sure it is set correct.
You may try a flea power drain and check results after:
drain flea power (shut down, disconnect power cables and Network cables, hold in power button 20 seconds with cords removed).
After flea power drain, system has to set for 3 minutes for DRAC to reset without any power plugged in.
Try reseating the BOSS and cables.
Then plug in NIC and power but wait 2 minutes before power on to give DRAC time to initialize.
