Hi,
Can you provide me more details on how the OS was installed and what is the server's RAID controller? What is the boot mode of the OS image created? If the OS image is created for UEFI boot mode, you will need to change the BIOS to UEFI. How was the OS image being applied? Can you confirm that the drives are detect in BIOS/UEFI?

Hi,
You are on the right path using Rufus, but I am unsure if you have used any of these methods to install the OS, you can refer to this article: https://www.dell.com/support/kbdoc/en-my/000130160/how-to-install-the-operating-system-on-a-dell-poweredge-server-os-deployment#:~:text=Either%20select%20Manual%20or%20select,is%20associated%20with%20your%20server. You might be missing drivers that the OS uses to communite with the RAID controller.
Here's the video guide to install Windows Server 2022: https://www.dell.com/support/contents/en-in/videos/videoplayer/install-microsoft-windows-server-2022-operating-system-in-uefi-mode-using-dell-lifecycle-controller/6285422460001
