Boot failed: RAID controller in slot 1: centos

it seems there is an issue on the raid controller.

Can you check the status of the virtual disk from the raid controller PERC bios?

If the virtual disk is failed in the controller, can you verify the status of the physical disks? Which raid configuration you have installed?

The RAID is OK and Active.

The partition are ok, the files are also OK I have checked with live boot.

Is there any possibility to fix this problem?

if RAID is online probably there are something related to the OS.

If it is CentOS we cannot support directly because it is not a supported OS for this server.
