Adding New HDD on existing Dell power edge 550 server (RAID 5) without impacting the production

I would like know some clarifications about adding the two new hard disk with my existing raid 5 as a part of disk storage extension.

how to do ? without down time . Bcoz, production vm servers are running on this machine. I don't want to any kind of data losses during this operation.

Is there any way to handle this scenario safely.as first time i going to handle this....
