Piyush129,

This is normally an error message indicating that the server's watchdog timer has triggered a timeout or has not been reset in time. This can happen when the server becomes unresponsive or encounters a critical issue, leading to a system failure. What I would suggest you start with is reviewing the hardware log for anything occurring at the same time as the watchdog error, as well as making sure the server is up to date on BIOS, iDrac, and perc controller. Would you do me a favor and confirm what revisions those  are currently at?

Let me know what you see.

Hi,

Unfortuantely the picture of the version details. From the first picture, the BIOS is updated. Can you confirm that the iDRAC version is 7.20.10.05. Watchdog timer in BIOS is disabled by default, but can you also confirm that it is not enable via iDRAC. What OS and version are you running on the server?

Hello,

version are updated. RHCOS is not supported for this server.

Here the supported OS

DeDell PowerEdge R760 Installation and Service Manual | Dell UK

Is it possible to test the environment with a supported OS?

Thanks
