Hi,
OpenStack Pike is not verified by engineering if the OS can be compatible with PowerEdge R630. Though, the server's hardware is suitable for virtualization and cloud services, but it also requires proper driver system. I'm unsure the drivers are compatible.
Have you tried installing RedHat Openstack to check if it is a hardware issue? : https://catalog.redhat.com/hardware/system/detail/15545#certifications. I assume that you have already updated the hardware's firmware eg: iDRAC/LCC and BIOS.

Thank you Joey,
Yes, we have updated the IDRAC and BIOS with 2.77.100.75 and 2.12.1 respectively.
Anything we can check for the further process.

Hi,
PowerEdge R630 update page is here: https://www.dell.com/support/product-details/en-us/product/poweredge-r630/drivers
iDRAC 2.86.86.86 and BIOS 2.19.0
You should try updating the firmware. If the reboots still occurs, you might want to check the OS logs to see if any traces of the cause. Unfortunately, OpenStack Pike is not within our knowledge support, I can't help much to advice about it. Nevertheless, you can try their community page.
