Upgrading Dell PowerEdge T430 CPU
Good day,
we want to upgrade RAM and CPU of our server PowerEdge T430.
The server currently has 40Go RAM, two cpus "intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-2603 v4 @ 1.7GHz, 6 cores, 6 threads" , 0KX11M Ver.:A09 Motherboard, Bios Dell inc 2.8.0, 23/05/2018
we need some advice to choose a better CPU.

Hello,
First recommendation is to bring the system board firmware up to date: iDRAC and BIOS.
If you are very far behind then you may need to step them up.
