Server warranty - 4 hours
Hello,
Could someone please explain to me how the 4-hour server warranty works?
I reported a problem with the network card this morning (port not working). Support requested the logs, which I sent immediately. However, after 6 hours, I have not received any response.

You can find the details of the 4hr service on page 2 here. As far as your case, would you respond to the private message I sent you with the SR#, svc tag, as well as company name or customer number, so I may look into it for you.
