R830 memory config
I have the following in an R830. All sticks are 2400 MT/s, and the system works, but I am wondering whether this is a good configuration. Currently the set up is:
8x 32GB sticks populating A1 to A4 & B1 to B4
8x 8GB sticks populating C1 to C4 & D1 to D4.
Reading this I get the impression with this setup CPUs 3&4 will only have access to 32GB each. Is that correct, & if so would it be better to move 4x of the 32GB sticks to C1, C2, D1 & D2, and 4x of the 8GB sticks to A3, A4, B3, B4 (so that all CPUs will have access to 80GB RAM each).

@DELL-Young Eā Thank you. While the other configuration worked, making them symmetrical as you suggested made a 20% improvement in my (Passmark) memory benchmarks.
