Precision 3680 Tower, escalate the issue

we have raised complaint on April 1st 2025. still we didn't get any solutions from Dell Support. please help us to escalate the issue

We have been facing ongoing issues with our machines for the past three weeks, and despite multiple interactions with your support team, the problem remains unresolved.<Private data removed from public view. DELL-Admin>

At this point, if Dell does not dispatch an onsite technician immediately, we will be left with no choice.

This matter requires urgent intervention, and we expect a prompt resolution.

 

Please confirm the timeline for onsite support without further delay!
