I am not certain what you are asking, so if you would clarify.

 

Are you asking if you can upgrade the firmware on a TPM from 1.2 to 2.0?

or 

Are you asking if you can upgrade from a TPM 1.2 to a 2.0?

 

If you're asking if you can update the firmware on a TPM 1.2, no you can't. The TPM 2.0 firmware is intended for use with the TPM 2.0 chip (part # K98XH)
