Hello,
I'm not finding anything on that specific error: -->RIP 51668FED MnpDxe.efi +001FED
Have there been any hardware changes from the original order?
If the server has been opened at all or recently moved, then open the server and make sure everything is seated and connected properly.
What firmware was being updated?
Could you try redownload the update and try again in case anything was corrupt on the first download?
Next troubleshooting steps I recommend in order listed:
Drain flea power
drain flea power (shut down, disconnect power cables and Network cables, hold in power button 20 seconds with cords removed).
After flea power drain, system has to set for 3 minutes for DRAC to reset without any power plugged in.
Then plug in NIC and power but wait 2 minutes before power on to give DRAC time to initialize.
Try firmware again and Check results
Clear NVRAM. You will need to reset some custom BIOS settings such as boot mode UEFI or any other configured settings.
Clear NVRAM - there is a map under the lid to show the jumper location. Shut down, Set jumper to the Clear position, power on and Post up to the jumper error, shut down and return jumper to original location.
Try firmware again and Check results
Run diagnostics
Boot to F10 LifeCycle Controller (LCC) and run the Diagnostics.
Note any errors and continue testing
Check LifeCycel log and iDRAC System Event log for any errors related

@DELL-Charles R
After NVRAM reset with the jumper , we were able to launch the lifecycle manager but when we configure the ip adress, the red screen came back with the same error...
We tried everything you suggested.
