Poweredge C6145, connect all drives to one board
I have an old Dell Poweredge C6145 with 3.5in drives. 6 drives are split to node 1 and 6 are split to node 2. I want to reconfigure to use a single node and all 12 drives. Can this be done without the need to procure any extra parts?
Is there an online guide or video somewhere showing me the proper jumpers/cables to move?

Hello, C6145 was released in 2011 so I don't have a lot of information on this but
each server node can have up to a maximum of six hard drives, depending on the number of independent server nodes and drive type (3.5 inch or 2.5 inch ) installed in each PowerEdge C6100 chassis.
PowerEdge C 6100 has one backplane type for 12 x 3.5 inch drives and one for 24 x 2.5 inch drives. These drive slots are divided equally across two independent midplanes.
Respectfully,

Yes but I read about a (unsupported) way to make to change over all 12 3.5in drives to one node.
I'm using this computer for some temporary storage. I only need one node and its my only 2U available that can hold this many drives. It seems like a waste of space and drives to only have half working.
Someone asked for a service tag. <Private data removed from public view. DELL-Admin> I have several of these though.
