poweredge 350 bios boot

Hello,

During OS deployment, the two options for boot are BIOS and UEFI but the system won't allow me to select BIOS. Apparently it's disabled. I'm not sure I've seen this during other PowerEdge setups/installs although I may be overlooking something...
