Hi,
To find the exact dates for your specific Dell equipment (PowerEdge R640, R440, R240, EMC N3024ET-ON, N1524, N1524P, N1548, Brocade Conectric DS300B, and PowerVault ME4012), I recommend:
Checking Dell's support website: Search for each product using its model number. Dell usually has lifecycle pages that clearly outline the dates.

I'm sorry if there isn't information under "service events", this is all I could offer.

@Dell-Martin S
Where can I find information regarding the End of Service (EOS) and End of Life (EOL) of a product? Could you please guide me on how to check and where to confirm this information?
Best Regards,

There isn't any documented information for End of Life and End of Support Life on PowerEdge servers anymore.
Usually the systems will have about 5 years of support life, depending on the availability of parts, and in some circumstances that can extend..
Alternatively you can check the servers support status in the Support site here:
https://dell.to/3P6FEVF.
Enter the service tag of the server, go to the service event tab, uncheck the toggle button on "Only show active events" and you will be able to view the End of Service Life date.
That is all the information we have on it.

As a proponent of dell in the past...yikes. It's hard to plan around "it depends" when it comes to things like...firmware updates and parts availability.

Hi All,
the links above do not work. I would like to know the same information. I cannot find any lifecycle page or end of service date on the support page. Any help would be appreciated.
Cheers,
David

Dmhicken10,
As previously stated, Dell no longer publishes server End of Life dates for systems. As far as the support page, when you enter your service tag you should be taken to a page like this
Once there then click on the warranty (ProSupport Plus hyperlink in example shown) and it will bring up the page seen below, displaying the ship date. Normally a system is coverable up to 5 years from that date, unless extended for parts availability.
Let me know if this helps.
