No Monitor Signal

R930, nothing on monitor. Verified monitor works. Questions; 8 full bays of ram, (8x12 sticks of 8gb ram) How long about-ish, should it take to see something on the monitor? 3min, 7min, 15min?

Front display says ram present, cant be configured. So I did what worked on my t7910. I took out all 3rd channel ram out (green), still nothing. Took out 2nd channel (black), still nothing. I checked on line and found out it's ok to run just one rise with ram for testing. At this point it's either one of the risers, one of the 1st channel (white) or one of the receivers in the risers. So I take out the white channel sticks and put them in the green channel, nothing. Took out all of the risers but number 8 with 4 sticks in the 3rd channel. Boom! front display turns blue not orange and shows the service number of my unit.

Since I numbered every stick of ram from where it was exactly originally I put all the 1st channel memory back in the first channel slots and filled the whole riser with exactly what it started out with. Installed and still blue. Ok. Then one by one I installed the filled risers watching the front display screen stayed blue the whole time. Shut it off and restarted, still blue. Still no monitor.

bought a "vga to hdmi adapter cable", nada. Bought a double price one with goodish reviews, nothing. Shut it off for the night, started it up in the morning, memory present not configurable. Tried to figure out how to see if I could get idrac fired up but that was too confusing. Hoping the blank screen wasnt caused by the ram I tried these steps;

Bought a gpu card that the internet said would work in this unit, didnt fit anywhere until I modified it slightly but no signal. Then I bought a video card with two display ports, installed it no signal.

Now I feel like I can ask for help. What should I have figured out? What did I miss. All suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
