NIC flapping recurring issues across 3 servers, active ProSupport and no escalation
We bought 3 identical configured PowerEdge R760 servers in June 2024. We have had the NICs and motherboards replaced twice now and here we are 6 months later with the issue recurring on 2 of the three servers. Problem part is the Integrated BCM57416 NetXtreme-E Dual-Media 10G RDMA Ethernet Controller
My salesrep no longer has an escalation point for us. We would like a permanent solution. We opened new support tickets last week and still dont have a schedule for repair.

@DELL-Marco B Thank you for confirming that. As you can see, that case was opened days ago. My team would like escalation and to discuss a permanent fix since this is recurring every 6 months on all 3 servers. The servers are in our data center and we host clients and are running out of room to continue to be able to offload environments to another server each time repairs are needed in order to not have down time for our clients.
