memory selection for r910

I am in the process of getting an r910 built and running, I was wondering if I would be better off filling up the entire capacity with 2rx4 pc3-14900r or 4rx4 pc3L-12800L

I have seen multiple different answers to this online and would just like to confirm before proceeding, thanks.
