Jammed m620 blade handle due to missing screws

I have some m620  blades with handles that are jammed during insertion  because they are missing the two screws on the underside that  are part of the mechanism.

is it possible to fix these and if so how?

Hello,

i think you need an Engineer On Site to fix that. Can you contact our technical support for this?

Thanks

@DELL-Rey G  When you look on the underside of a M620 on the corners by the handle, there are two tiny screws that hold together a bar mechanism between them that moves when you pull the handle.  I have some m620 that are missing one or both of those tiny screws and the handle does not function correctly. I tried to replace those screws but it will not screw in directly

Hi,

I couldn't find any information on the screw dimension nor any procedure to repair the handle. I did find an old thread post: https://www.dell.com/community/en/conversations/poweredge-hardware-general/dell-blade-force-release/647f8b68f4ccf8a8deb79e47?commentId=647f8b6ef4ccf8a8deb82501 not too sure if it can help.
