iDRAC and Lifecycle Controller inaccessible after BIOS 2.9.0 & iDRAC 2.65.65.65 update on Dell PowerEdge R720

Hello,

After applying the following official updates from the Dell support site to my PowerEdge R720:

• BIOS: 2.9.0
• iDRAC with Lifecycle Controller: 2.65.65.65

The iDRAC became inaccessible, and Lifecycle Controller no longer loads.

Observed behavior:

• No iDRAC network response
• Lifecycle Controller fails to start
• System management unavailable after the update
• The server was operating normally before applying these updates

I would appreciate guidance on:

1. Recommended recovery steps for iDRAC on R720.
2. Whether this behavior is known with these versions.
3. Any safe rollback or recovery procedure can be performed.
