How do I get my poweredge t440 to see my installed graphics card?

The integrated graphics card is starting to have issues.  The display is showing a blue color and it wont accept video resolutions that used to work fine in the past.  When I bought the T440 many years ago I installed a PCI graphics card in it, but the system doesn't see it.  Unfortunately, without shutting down the system and opening it up I can't remember what card I put in it.  When I boot Linux (Fedora 41) and run lspci all it shows is:

03:00.0 VGA compatible controller: Matrox Electronics Systems Ltd. Integrated Matrox G200eW3 Graphics Controller (rev 04)

What do I need to do to get the system to see the other graphics card?

This system has a 450W power supply.

Hello thanks for choosing Dell and welcome to our community. Happy New Year!

Unfortunately, as you can see from the links below, T440 and extra VGAs don’t go together.

Hope this helps and let me know if you have any further questions.
