Zohanwar,
I would start with seeing if you can update the server to current (noticed you're a couple back) on BIOS, iDrac, Power supplies, etc. Then afterwards take the server to its minimum to post configuration, which is removing everything from the server internally and externally, except for the following;
Once completed then restart the server and see if it completes post, if so then individually reinstall each part until the issue reappears, identifying the cause.
If this doesn't work then we may want to consider running a TSR on the server, so we can review it for you. The instructions on running a TSR can be found here, and the instructions for uploading it to your Service Request can be found here. I will send you a private message with your service request number to use.
Let me know if this helps.

Hello,
Thanks for your response. Below steps have been done but issue still persists.
IDRAC updated
BIOS failed due to failure to reboot, Bios upgrade require a reboot and the appliance is not booting (showing 'job queue error reboot failed' error)
Appliance disconnected- power button pressed to 10 seconds, connected again nothing happened
Message seeing as below:
The system board Pfault fail-safe voltage is outside of range.
The system board BP1 PG voltage is outside of range.
An issue is observed in a storage power source in the component Backplane,BP1 PG.
Firmware

Hi,
Did you try min2post as above Chris mentioned it? I'm not sure this model has power interposer board. But for some PowerEdge models, the modular PIB/PCB cables may need to be reseated at both ends. Also, if the server has redundant power supplies, try swapping the PSUs between slots and check whether the error follows the PSU or remains in the same slot.
Hope that helps!

Hello,
Could you please confirm the min2post steps you are referring to? Also, in the iDRAC support assist logs can see 'storage batteries none present'
Storage Controllers
Storage Enclosures
Storage Batteries - None Present

Hi,
If battery seems none present then it could be related with it. But I would recommend to try minimum post process to isolate the issue. I meant to these steps "Then afterwards take the server to its minimum to post configuration, which is removing everything from the server internally and externally, except for the following;
Once completed then restart the server and see if it completes post, if so then individually reinstall each part until the issue reappears, identifying the cause. "

Hi, unfortunately, I do not have such a video. The only material I have this link. If you do not have any previous experience, I do not recommend you to do it. It would be better to have it tested by a technician. https://dell.to/40hSHrx
