Hello, thanks for choosing Dell and welcome to our community.
We need to see what your IDRAC says. Could you please provide screenshots? And send your service by DM here?

Or try this as well.
Viewing Lifecycle log using web interface
To view the Lifecycle Logs, click Maintenance > Lifecycle Log. The Lifecycle Log page is displayed.
Respectfully,

You can't delete the Lifecycle Log, so I would start with sharing screenshots of the last couple pages of logs.

It looks like there have been multiple times that Disk 1 on the backplane has gone offline and back on. Would you get screenshots of the Virtual and Physical Disks? If they are online at the time, would you confirm what version you are on for BIOS, iDrac, Perc controller, and the drives?

Ok, so the server is up to date on BIOS and iDrac, where is it at on the H710 and the drives?
If they are behind I would suggest updating them while the Virtual Disk is online.

No, that is the Physical Disk details, but on the bottom right of those pages you will see a blue Perc H710 mini (embedded) hyperlink, click on that and then see if you can see the firmware version on the H710.

Thank you. Are you seeing any amber lights on the server itself, or an error on the LCD, or are you only seeing this on the software you were referring to?
Lastly, if you access the iDrac, and then select logs, the Lifecycle Log from the top, are you seeing anything yellow or red listed?

@DELL-Chris H i only see it on the software nothing on the LCD and the color is blue not amber
for the lifecycle log I've attached some photos u can have a look at them.
as for now I'll update the SAS hdd firmware and see if that would solve the problem
please tell me if the H710 MINI is up to date by the attached pic .

Yes it is, but I am also researching it, as the latest version the support page for the R720 shows is 21.0.1-0132, and I am not seeing any active downloads available for 21.3.5-0002. So there may have been a reason to remove that firmware version from the support page, but I am not aware as to what it may have been. I think what you are seeing now is what once occurred on a very earlier version of Poweredge diagnostics where it would see a previous error and make a new event based off of old errors on the log. Another thing you can consider trying is backflashing the controller firmware to the one listed here, which is the one on the R720s support page, but before I would consider that I would ensure you have a complete backup before doing anything with the controller, as a good rule of thumb.

Thanks for bringing this up. If the DELL PowerEdge R720 is showing a warning state, it’s worth checking the hardware logs via iDRAC or OpenManage. Often, it could be related to storage, power supply, or temperature issues. Proactive diagnostics can help prevent major failures. Let me know if anyone has experienced something similar.
