CPU0000 CPI1 Internal Error (IERR)

"Hello, The “CPU0000 Internal Error CPU 1 (IERR)” on your Dell PowerEdge R730 server is usually not a CPU error itself, but an indication that the CPU has detected a system error. This could be caused by a non-CPU event such as a firmware mismatch, a system BUS interrupt, or a memory read/write interrupt.
If you are able to perform BIOS and iDRAC updates, let's try to perform a minimal POST process.
I suspect this may be caused by a system BUS interrupt, such as some third-party card or upgraded part.

To do a minimum POST on a Dell PowerEdge R730 server, you must have the following components:
System board
One power supply unit (PSU)
One processor (CPU) in socket CPU1
One memory module (DIMM) installed in socket A1
Left control panel (for power button functionality)
One backplane board
If the server completes POST with these minimum components, you can reconnect the other parts one by one until you find the faulty part1. If the server still does not complete POST, it is recommended that you contact Dell Technical Support1. Please note that it is critical not to remove the CPU unless you are trained and equipped to do so. "
