Configuration Support for Oracle EBS R12 on Oracle Linux 8X
Dear Team,
I need support on Configuration for Oracle EBS R12 on Oracle Linux 8X (Application & Database Server). The no of user's connecting this Server is minimum as this is patching instance only. Please suggest a latest hardware configuration oracle provided hardware list. We prefer Intel Processor with 4C/8T with memory 10T for Application Server and 15T for Database Server.

We don't support OS configuration in Social, so you may need to call in for more assistance, but I can give you some suggestions. Now with not knowing the server modelyou are referring to I can make a suggestion.
What I would suggest is using the R650xs, as it is certified on Oracle Linux 8.x with UEK R6 (OL 8.2 or higher, kernel 5.4.17‑2102.200.13+), with the following proposed configuration

Correction : We prefer Intel Processor with 4C/8T with Storage of 10TB for Application Server and 15TB for Database Server. Memory (RMA) 128GB is ok. Please suggest suitable configuration.
When is the EOL for R650xs?

As long as your system is under warranty, Dell Technical Support can assist with break/fix issues. However, regarding the release of additional firmware updates or upgrades, we currently do not have official documentation available.
I’m sorry I can’t provide more assistance on this matter at the moment.
