It generally occurs when the iDRAC loses connection to the Host operating system (Through the iSM) for a set period of time. If the host was off, or the iSM was degraded, for maintenance reasons or others, the watchdog timer could trigger.
You can try to clear SEL logs and perform a iDRAC reset

Hello,
