VM File Search (Date Modified Subfolder)

I am looking for the 'Zertifikate' folder on a VM and find an entry with the following properties:

Backup Date: Dec 10, 2024
Data Modified: Nov 7, 2024

However, when I search in a subfolder of the 'Zertifikate' folder, in this example the subfolder 'Server', I get two entries.

So, the folders or files in the 'Certificates' folder have been modified more than once.

I need a function called 'include subfolder' so that I can see exactly when data in this folder was modified directly from the 'Zertifikate' folder. Otherwise, I cannot restore correctly.
