AvamarPatch-19.10.0-v6 Installation Stuck at "Initializing ESE (26 of 26)"
During the installation of AvamarPatch-19.10.0-v6(HF338869), the process consistently halts at 94% with the task "Initializing ESE (26 of 26)" failing repeatedly. The installation log (/usr/local/avamar/var/avi/server_log/avinstaller.log.0) shows repeated warnings:
WARNING: Could not lock System prefs. Unix error code 32720.
WARNING: Couldn't flush system prefs: java.util.prefs.BackingStoreException: Couldn't get file lock.
Attempts to troubleshoot have included verifying disk space, filesystem health, and permissions on /data01 also i stopping AVI and start again (avinstaller.pl). However, the issue persists.
Has anyone encountered this issue or found a resolution? Any insights are appreciated.

the problem was solved using the script fix_avamar_patch downloaded from here https://central.dell.com/solutions/ (Script to complete stuck workflow for hotfixes 338862 and 338869)

It's fantastic that there's a fix! But I've downloaded the fix, and it appears to be a binary, and there's not any 'instructions' about how to execute it or use it. What am I missing?
