Some things to consider would be

1. What is the temperature of the server? Is it within a normal range or is it exceeding the recommended threshold?
2. Are there any error messages or alerts displayed on the server's console or in the monitoring tools?
3. Have you recently made any changes to the server's configuration, such as upgrading the firmware or adding new hardware?
4. Are the fans spinning constantly or only during specific tasks or periods of high utilization?
5. Have you checked the server's airflow and ensure that it's not obstructed or restricted in any way?
6. Is it up to date on firmware?
7. Lastly, have you tried power cycling the system to see if that resolves it? If not, then you may want to put it in Maintenance Mode and try.
