Hi BR,
The error message is leading to informational status only, ref: https://dell.to/32EUwzQ. and the message is dated at year 2016.
You are running on out dated BIOS version, you probably should update your BIOS and BMC firmware.
The entry of the event, is making the BMC thinks it's having an error. Therefore the system is running the fan at full speed. Once, you have updated the firmware, proceed back into the logs located in BIOS and check if there is any current errors. If none, proceed to clear the logs.
If there is a down time for the server, I can suggest swapping fan slots, eg: Fan 7 in Fan 1, and vise versa.

Hi Vidalot,
For your R320, you may need to access to your RAID controller to check the availability of your virtual disk. What is the error message when you try to boot.
If the virtual disk is missing, check if you're having a foreign config message. If yes, do check if the foreign config is containing your actual configuration and import it once you are certain with the configuration.
