PowerEdge T430 Health Indicator & Electrical Indicator

Hi, I have a PowerEdge T430 and for some reason, it's booting up. Health Indicator is amber but not blinking and the Electrical Indicator is Amber as well and blinking. I read the owner's manual and it says "The indicator flashes amber if the system experiences an electrical error (for example, voltage out of range, or a failed power supply unit (PSU) or voltage regulator)"

I was wondering if anyone experience the same issue and how did you fix it?

Hello let's try this.

Minimum to POST

The minimum components to allow the Dell™ PowerEdge™ T430 to complete POST are:

● System board

● One power supply unit (and for redundant PSU also the PIB)

● CPU1 with heat sink (minimum for troubleshooting)

● Single DIMM configuration with DIMM in socket A1

● Control panel with cable (to power system on)

Hello, additional Info: we were using it during the morning and then we ran a windows update. After restarting the server. It was stuck on Configuring Memory for more than 30 mins, not moving. So I decided to turn it off, then after that, there's no boot even POST. I tried removing the DIMM in socket A1 to see if I would get something but so far nothing. After hitting the power button the fan will work for less than 5 seconds and then stop. After a few seconds to a min, it will try to turn itself on again and then the fan will work for less than 5 seconds and then stop, and then that's it. Health Indicator is amber but not blinking and the Electrical Indicator is Amber as well and blinking. I would appreciate any help. Thank you

Hello Are you saying you can't get to minimum to post?
Then we could suspect it's a hardware issue with one of the components I said above.
