PowerEdge R210 Red Light

Hope someone can help.

I have a PowerEdge R210 wich was working fine.

Unfortunately we had a power disruption and the server went down. Now it will not boot anymore and the only thing it shows it the red light (number 4 indicating a BIOS error).

I have tried a soft reset and a hard reset, also I removed all HDD, CD, Drive and everything not needed for the system, but no luck.

Also tried to remove all Memory dims, leaving only slot 1 filled.

All ends up in the same red light.

 

As a last resort I also removed the battery from the motherboad for over 10 minutes and set the jumpers to try to reset the BIOS, nothing worked.

 

Any ideas?
