Find the the system board BP2 PG in Dell PowerEdge 8545-XE

Are you seeing an error referencing it, if so is it a VLT0204 error? 

I ask as it may be with the cabling, so I would start with recommending you shut dow and reseat all the backplane connections. 
You can also take the server to its minimum to post configuration to see if the error remains. Minimum to post for the XE8545 is removing everything internally and externally but the following;

● Two processors
● Two memory module (DIMM) in socket A1 and B1
● One power supply unit (2400 W)
● System board + LOM card + RIO
● PDB
● Two Versabay (right and left)
● Cables -
○ PDB to Versabay 1 power cable
○ PDB to Versabay 2 power cable
○ PDB to Versabay 1/2 sideband cable for PSU 1/2
○ PDB to MB sideband cable for PSU 3/4
○ PDB to MB sideband cable for CPLD
