Fans stuck at 100% R640 range 100-100
Hi I have a R640 with the following specs
12x 32gb DDR4 ECC 2666v Ram
8x 1.92tb Sata SSDs
2x Gold 6154 cpus
I have tried changing the cooling profile, everything for some reason the Minimum fan speed in PWM's range is 100-100 which is making the power be 300 watts idle please let me know how to fix thanks

Hello thanks for choosing Dell. I don’t believe the fan was at 100% from the beginning.
Do you have any parts that you added extra from the original purchase?
Also what’s the PSU wattage could you tell us? You can check this in idrac.

It's usually always the case this happens after adding extra part or two. Would you be able to give us the Life cycle controller log or get the system log from idrac?
