Can Poweredge T330 automatically power on

We have a Dell Poweredge T330 server and would like to have it automatically powere down between 10pm and 7am to minimize heat buildup and power consumption.  Is there any configuration item that designates the operating hours or power off/on times?  I imagine that power down could be done through Windows shutdown command but I have no idea how or if the server could automatically power on at 7am. We have some desktop pc's that have a power-on feature in their bios and we are wondering if we could have the same functionality with the T330 server.  Thank you.
