What's going on wiith the Bios update?

During the past 25+ years I have updated BIOS in many computer brands. But now in my DEll Optiplex 5090 SFF nothing helps.

The Dell firmware Bios update is running around in circles. My computer Bios is version 1.31.0 and Dell ask me to update to 1.33.0. However, when I try to do so the update remains in 0% forever. Then I tried to update from the Dell support website. Same thing, so I tried to update from the Bios setup (F12 on boot) and the response is "Bios firmware is up to date." What?
Besides my Windows 11 "System Information" says: Bios Version/Date: Dell inc. 1.31.0, 12/9/2024 

What's going on?
