What are Optiplex storage drivers for Optiplex 3020
My system is telling me I need to reinstall the storage drivers to stop problems with booting. I looked at the list of drivers for my machine on the dell website under my acct and I cannot tell what is a storage driver since none are categorized as such. Can anyone help me recognize a storage driver. Since I cannot boot I cannot access device manager which might help (?) to tell me the storage drivers. Help please. Thank you.

If you cannot boot, and if you don’t mind losing all old data and applications installed, try wipe your hdd/ssd in 3020 and do a clean OS install.
“storage driver” is supposed to be a system software picked by OS based on your device and installed automatically during OS install. It is not a device driver listed on Dell driver site.
