User Guide

I am a long term computer user (over 20 years) and and worked with a variety of computer models. Computers at one time came with generous software as well as robust setup instructions.  As time progressed, even a copy of the operating system was not included and a simple fold out quick start guide to setting up the computer. My most recent purchase had a cryptic chard of paper without any explanation as to setup.  While I understand not all users will page though an extensive guide, I see no reason why a simple startup guide cannot be included with any product sold. The monitor (non Dell) had more information about the device and was much less costly.

I've seen many business sectors managed to persuade customers with paperless business transactions.

Manufacturing and industrial were also being implemented their practices to meet and in compliance with today society demands in energy, resources, and environmental impacts.

For Dell products, you can access Dell support site and search for its drivers and documentations.  You will find start up guide as well as the product manual.

For PC and laptop products, I believe the link is presented after OOBE setup (out of the box experience)

For monitors and peripherals, I believe there is a thank you card with link to product guide and support.  At least from the products my uncle have ordered for me.

You are still welcome to provide your feedback as that is the only way Dell could learn and improve their service.

If you have specific inquiry, provide the product model number and I can try to assist with what I can.  That's what the users in this community is about, assist and supporting each others.
