Thunderbolt 4 for Optiplex 7090MT

Are there any 3rd party vendor Thunderbolt 4 Addin Cards which are compatible with the Dell Optiplex 7090 MT.

I am aware that Dell sells a Add-in card however it is unavailable in my country and Dell.us doesn’t ship internationally where it is available

how can I acquire either a compatible or a genuine Dell card
