SATA cable compatibility
Can a SATA cable from a 9020 MT be used in a 7060 MT?
The two cables' component side connectors look identical. But the pinning (physical location of the contacts) at the motherboard connectors look very different. Is there a SATA cable compatibility chart available? Or a list of SATA cables by model numbers? I want to make sure to order the right one.

Regardless of the SATA version I, II, or III, all 7-pin SATA cables are essentially the same, using the same standard pinout specification for SATA.
For you question, the answer is yes. A SATA cable from a 9020 MT can be used in a 7060 MT.

not sure what OP meant. sata ports on 7060 MT
9020MT
both use blue black coded sata ports for ssd/hdd. the hdd bay in case of 7060 and 9020MT are quite different and therefore cable length or connector (straight vs 90 degree angle) can be different. the 7060 MT cable needs to be tucked in to avoid getting caught in cpu fan as the case uses clam shell design, whereas 9020 MT is more straightforward from mobo to hdd bay.
