Recommendation for a Windows 11 Optiplex desktop?

Hi all,

I have an Optiplex 7010 which has served me well for Windows 10. Unfortunately the requirements for Windows 11 isn't supported, so I'm looking for an upgrade that will allow my to carry out basic tasks such as browsing the internet. Something basic.
