Problem with SupportAssist. Unable to have the NUC operating 24/7
Hi! How are you doing? Hope that someone can help me with this.
I'm currently working at a company with nearly 50 DELL Optiplex 7080 micro factor operating as MTR devices. They were bought as a pack with the Poly Studio USB and the Poly GC8.
The thing is, we are currently having problems with energy shutdown at the company, and every time we have one of those the NUCs gets restarted and gets stuck with the Support Assist. It's only work there is stop the NUC to initialize windows and warning us that we dont have a keyboard connected, or that the time is incorrect.
The thing is, the whole Assistant is preventing the NUC to initialize so we have to go room by room clicking "continue" so the room starts. Does anyone know how to take the app down or prevent that Assist from stop the initializing?
I tried to get some kind of support from Dell but it wasn't succesfull. The ProSupport for the PC expired last year so they just gave me a phone contact that is not working.
