PCIe Wireless Cards in Dell Optiplex 7000 SFF

Hi All

Just wondering is there anyway to get a Dell 7000 SFF to recognise and work with a D-Link AX3000 Wireless card? (Which is basically an AX200 card on a pci adapter board) It just does not seem to work in either PCIe slot...

Is this a Chipset / 12th Gen thing as I can get the same card working in a new Dell QCS1250 SFF... CNVio / CNVio2 related?
