Optiplex SFF/SFF Plus 7010 Upgrade Plan

I recently acquired a used Optiplex SFF 7010(2023) Intel i5 13500 w/ 16GB/512GB
Currently being used as a NAS and I'm attempting to upgrade it to take advantage of some extra parts I have lying around after running into some thermal throttling to turn it into a compact server.
Below is a parts table with the part numbers which I believe should be compatible.
Thanks to @redxps630 for the many replies on this board about power supply compatibility.

Plans

Motherboard Power Supply
Original 7010 SFF
DELL PN: C4V5K
180w
DELL PN: T685J

Proposed Upgrade

7010 Plus SFF
DELL PN: 0YGWFV

260/300w
DELL PN: CPX-5FK7C
or 500w

DELL PN: CPX-5K7J8

As far as I can tell, the inner chassis has identical mount points so other I don't see any physical restrictions other than some rear I/O being blocked which can be fixed with slight modifications to the chassis.

Existing systemNew Motherboard
Desktop Motherboard Dell YGWFV OptiPlex 7010 Plus SSF(Small Form Factor) - Picture 1 of 1
My additional plans are as follows.

  1. Motherboard is DDR5 so this requires new RAM, not an issue as i already have 4x16gb 4800
  2. Installing a Thermal Grizzly Contact frame to avoid IHS bending
  3. Replace metal puck heat sink with a 2U vapor champer CPU cooler
    1. Found a Cooler Guys 2U LGA 1700 on Amazon for $50
  4. Remove the HDD cage to provide better airflow
    1. Might have to cut the HDD cage or 3D print a minimal one as the cage is the mount for 2/3 of the front panel clips.

Alright, the frankenplex is complete!
Transplanted a 0YGWFV 7010 SFF Plus (2023) into a Precision 3460 chasiss with a 42M49 300W Platinum Delta PSU.

Only things missing are the 2nd M.2 mounting point and I seem to have stripped the SD card mounting screw.

Biggest issues are power throttling, taking the 13500 down from 4.3ghz down to 3GHz.
Cinebench r23 throttle test going from 18k to 12k in less than a minute which is terrible.
I need to research why that happens as thermally, it reaches 74C then cuts power. Don't know if its time or temp based... perhaps VRM thermals limits?
Used an AC power meter, Total system draw numbers here wiuth P-core clocks

  1. 25w idle
  2. 200w@4.3ghz briefly around 25s
  3. 130w @3.7Ghz
  4. 97w @3Ghz sustained

5K7J8 is incorrect P/N

it is for XPS 8940 or Optiplex 7080/7090 which has 6 pin

not for Optiplex 7010

@redxps630 I imagine the pin out for 5K7J8 500w is incompatible?
Seems that I have more searching to do. Table 16 on page 27 of the 7010 plus owners guide mentions the a 260w bronze psu which seems to be 5FK7C
and also a 300w platinum psu is also 6pin atx connector this model seems to be 352NR but i cant find any spec sheets to confirm, just a few posts on this board mention it works with the 2023 7010/7010 plus
