Optiplex SFF 7020 plus, switching from raid to ahci

Made the switch from RAID to AHCI, followed up with a clean re install on a new SSD. Process appeared smooth, however found this link/procedure to making the switch direct from Dell

1:23 in the video says to "load defaults". My screen under load defaults has three option, bios defaults, last known bios or factory defaults. I did not load bios defaults. Switched from raid to ahci, should I consider re entering the bios and loading defaults and if so which version?
